I have a problem. I watched all tutorials, which say "LAN SERVER" - leave it empty. But at my router you can NOT leave it empty... You have to write something there. And notice, others are 0.0.0.0 - but if i try, it is not working.

 :( Sophomore Sickness, help!

I am biatch!

Could it be your Internal IP?

Start > Run > cmd [hit enter] > ipconfig /all [enter] > It might be something like 192.168.x.x

ok
but i thought when you forward a port you need to specify the Internal IP to forward it to

Hi Andre,

Go to your control panel, click on "Wireless Network Connection" (It might be different, if so, click on the internet connection you use.), then click on Support (a tab at the top) and it'll say your ip address.

It will probably start with 192 or 10.. (192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x), enter your IP address into the "LAN server" text box.

The others are 0.0.0.0 because they are not enabled (Look at the checkmarks.)

When you redirect a port, you need to tell the router what computer you want to redirect it to (Even if you have one computer).

And yes, Mex was right...

If you need anymore help with this, feel free to contact me on MSN.

I think it means what lan IP you want the ports to be forwarding to.

For example, my netgear network will use 192.168.0.1 (router), 192.168.0.2 (Computer 1) etc...

If you fint the Lan IP of the connected computer (your computer) it should be that.

In a long, twisted nonsensical way, probably, because I didn't bother to read it.

This is how I found it, since xcasio's involves Control Panel which is too slow for me

Go Start -> Run -> (type) cmd -> (type) ipconfig

IP Address: 192.168.0.*

Should be something like the above.

Also, not totally sure but I think it should be UDP not TCP. Not that I even know what they are  :D
