I never put it past Bayern potentially winning it. But let's face it, the way this year has panned out, it could of gone either way - it's been so unpredictable. I mean, just look at APOEL.

I think it wasn't so unpredictable as mentioned.I been watching Champions Leauge live since 1996, and most of the finals in the past before that.  Every year there's some team as APOEL butthurting big teams. Also almost every year, there's a team, that manages to combine all 'upspring' aspects connected to that club, that gives them extra boost then they really have, that makes them the biggest candidate for wining.
A small elaboration:

Last year it was Barcelona, who finnaly filled in all the weak spots in their team,  making them a raising  killing machine, with Messi who was on his life form.

Inter won it, after they manage to combine all those quality players into one whole, together with the biggest support of their fans in their history, and Murihno who's already a Legend in defensivly wining over a superior opponent, to which those players are used to, since its the italian way of playing anyway.

Liverpool won it in 2005, based on nothing, except the whole positive atmosphere around the club back then, beliving in themselfs, glory tradition that they posses in CL, and not giving up even after a 3-0 result in the finals on half time. In one sentence, they won the CL, based only on their brave hearts, having faith, and deducation to it.

This year its Bayern, they're on a upspring cause they manage to use all those quality individuals that players like Robben, Lham, Ribery, Schwinstaiger, Neur, etc posses, in servant of team play, not team play in servant of individual qualities (example, Real Madrid playing basicly a 'target man' system on Ronaldo this year).
The moment they won over Man City with 3-1, and the score could've easly been 5-1, I knew they're the biggest candidate together with Barcelona.
That's why they play the most beautiful football this year, as I already elaborated back in march.
You know a team is really being a team, when they have so much confidenece, that altough they have an active result from home game, they're the ones who were playing real beautiful offensive football in Madrid, like they're playing a friendly match, and not semi-final of Champions Leauge.

All this teams, had more faith and beliving in wining it, more then other clubs those years. And that's why they won it.

Just too bad that Robbery (the set of Robben and Ribery) will not be playing. I still think that Bayern will make it. They either will win a title this year (not considering the German version of the FA Cup) or shit's about to blow up.
