Is it true that Vermaelen is getting transfered to Barcelona for 32m? I almost fell of the chair when reading it.

I don't know of any transfer speculation about him, but I can assure you that, after his performance last season, Barcelona - or any team for that matter - will not pay that amount of money for him.

Hate to say it, but he disappointed me.

Regardless of what either side is saying, do you really need RVP? Look at the strike force you've got already: Aguero, Tevez, Dzeko, Balotelli. But then again, Man City is a club with practically infinite funds so I guess you can buy whoever you want.

That should be written after "Rumor says". I don't believe he's signing for them. Croatian sources are showing wild bemusement with their updates on his transfers. He practically signs for a different club every day.

Not to mention that Tottenham requests a substantial fee and three Real players for Modric. A bit ridiculous, isn't it?
Luka can throw a very good game but he isn't exactly that much of a deal.
