If you give Mourinho a team he can get the best result out of that team. Players certainly pick up form under him. At Inter, Cambiasso and Thiago Motta were in such a great form that defenders hardly got troubled, because the ball never reached the back line. Zanetti, Lucio, Samuel and Chivu are pretty aged but still performed their best under him. After he left, the team was pretty much destroyed. New guys had to be bought in....and at that price, it was a gamble and it didn't work. When the last time Inter lost 15 matches in a season, Ferguson was 6.
They aint even qualifying for Europa this season :(

Alright, David Moyes is the new manager. Well he has a potential and now he's got some $ and world class players. All United supporters should be loaded with great patience, though. Remember it took Sir Alex six years to win his first trophy with the Red Devils.

By the way, Redhawk, we'll be happy if you stop posting in this topic. Thanks.

He managed to get the CL with Inter. With Inter!! Just with 2 players, Miltio and Sneijder. Can you imagine?
And Julio Cesar, Maicon, Lucio, Zanetti, Eto'o, Stankovic, Arnautovic (and Balotelli) are not good? God this guy is pain degenerated.

FA Cup :(

This has been a rather shitty season for City - the defeat today just tops it all off.

Mancini has to go. Specially with the substitutions today.

Nevermind.. Don't want to end up like Chelsea.

@All the people who're saying Moyes isn't good enough for Man Utd;

If you respect Sir Alex work, knowlege and experience, then you got no reason to judge Moyes in a negative way.

Why? Cause he was picked by Sir Alex, from all the manager in the world, as a perfect substitute for him.

Also Ferguson is gonna be his mentor for the next couple of years as a Director of football, which means that Ferguson is still in charge of transfer policy, stuff, and everything connected to the squad.

Basicly Ferguson just moved on a higher position, and got Moyes to do the rough everyday trainings, interaction, and games, while Ferguson is gonna be focusing only on the bigger, and longlasting plans for the club.

I doubt that Moyes would have difficulties getting ManUtd to the Top 3 for the next few years after all.

Man UTD has too good players not to be on top. Moyes is there just to be the one who got negative replies on him as Sir Alex got enough of the bullshit and needs to stay in shadow. Moyes will be his puppet.
Also, noone can say Moyes is an excellent coach, look at Everton and at their performances.

Everton is higher than they expected. And City has amazing players too. Do they get along with eachother really? Not that I recall.

I don't say this often, if at all, but I'm glad United won today. It was a proper send off for Fergie in his last home game, and his farewell speech was quite emotional. Hate him or love him, football has suffered a great loss with his retirement.

Also, I thought his part about how the whole club needs to get behind Moyes and support him was a great mark of respect.
