The list of injured players is about as long as the amount of people he wanted to buy...

There's many rumors lately stating that Falcao wants to leave Monaco because of the high taxes which ''kill'' his income and because of his disappointment in the club. Some claim he left on purpose because there was a term on his contract that he may not be sold from Atletico to Real Madrid directly. Chelsea and United are also stepping up to buy him.

David Moyes is being a cunt on the whole Rooney situation. I mean Rooney has been in the club for more than I can remember and now he's saying that Robin Van Persie is a more vital player? I'm starting to miss Sir Alex already... Rooney>RVP

Looks like we can add Ox now to the list too as he injured his knee and that would mean he could stay away for 3 months, things getting even better.

I've basically reached my limit with Wenger and the fucking board now. I can't tolerate his bullshit policy towards transfers any longer. Fair enough it's better to take your time and make sure you make the right signing for the right price, but not at the expense of wasting so much time that we lose out on every single target of ours. Additionally, Wenger's an absolute tight fucker. He literally won't budge on what he values a player at; we could of had Higuain for £35m but Wenger wouldn't go higher than £25m. Seriously, he won't pay an additional £10m for a top-class striker who would have provided us with a bountiful of goals and a more secure chance of CL qualification? It doesn't make sense. The stadium's been paid off and Gazidis has already confirmed that there's £70m in the bank for transfers.

We need to adapt fast. In today's game, you have to pay more than what you perhaps value a player at. Wenger doesn't seem to understand this and it's costing us dearly.

The lack of quality, depth and the number of injured players we've currently got (meaning we're having to play people out of position YET AGAIN) spells an extremely difficult start to the season for us. Holy shit.

It was a good shot, but the keeper should have had it.

Crystal Palace played great against Spurs. Controlled parts of the game. Unlucky penalty.

Yeah but Palace away is ALWAYS going to be a difficult first game. You never want the new boys away as your first game, because they'll come out with nothing to lose trying to impress the fans, and the fans themselves are going to be right behind them the entire game.

Spurs did just enough. They were pretty sloppy but got the penalty and scored it. They just held on at the end though thanks to Lloris.

City win tonight with a Navas hattrick please. My Dream Team's not off to the best of starts.

Ends with 4-0 to City and they are on top of the table on goal difference.

Magnificent first game. My lord, it could've been over 7-0. Some great saves by Krul. What a signing Fernandinho and Navas were.

A solid match, really impressive. But... we did manage to make it 7 back then and their squad hasn't changed that much either.

Yes Rick, I am calling you out. :)))))))))))))
