Deal is done, they've purchased him for 47 million and contract should keep him at Emirates for five years.
Emiliano Viviano has joined also Arsenal from Palermo on loan for whole season.
Demba Ba deal is off by the looks currently as Chelsea request more cash for him and I doubt they'd give him to Arsenal.

Arnatuovic has been also bought by Stoke from Werder Bremen.
Liverpool has signed Sakho and Moses joins them also from Chelsea on loan, aaand Kaka returns to Milan.
