He was better than Messi? I'd put Lewandowski alongside Ibra, Suarez, RVP and Falcao, they were all good last year.  Lewa is good and he's got potential but he has a long road to be one of the best. Though I don't like him as much as before because he chose to dump BVB for Bayern.

Hell no guys. Those who watch the german bundesliga know that Lewandowski was an incredible player back then. You can search for his amazing perfomances all over the previous year. That's why Bayern spent tons of money to make him sign.

We never said he wasn't. He just gained more attention and became more popular when he scored those four goals against Madrid.

Bayern wanted him and Gotze this summer, but they set a clause on him for I think it was 40-50 million so he figured he'd rather just join them for free than to have them pay a large sum for just one season of waiting. Good deal for Bayern, quite upsetting for Bvb. That new striker Aubameyang they bought seems to be a gem, has already like 10 goals. He is lightning fast.
