Not like Vermaelen is incapable of being a defender, he was Arsenal's best defender and captain prior to this season. We were completely dominant close to the end of the game, Koscielney or not.

Just like to highlight this point. Wilshere has been awful recently and contributed to a lot of goals scored against us.

It's bizarre to see a player who usually has the ball stuck to his feet, and who glides past players, incapable of fucking doing anything with the ball.
