Ter Stegen is very, very young. They need more experienced players like Jose Reina who plays for Napoli now. But they can't buy him as he's loan from Liverpool, as I know.

Reina is experienced but is really shit on the other hand. De Gea would be ideal, but yeah he isn't going anywhere either way. Oh and I think Valdes is not leaving this summer.

I don't think so, because De Gea is young, not experienced enough for Barca, too. How about Diego Lopez?

back again!

Ozil, Rosicky and Diaby have all returned to first team training. We've had (as per usual) a big blow from injuries this season but their return will be a massive boost for the final games and push for 4th, as well as the final.
Sucks that Diaby is injury prone, at his best, he was close to being as good as Toure. Had a great future ahead of him before all his reoccurring injuries.

Barcelona needs another manager, it seems Gerardo Martino can't handle this big team. Laurent Blanc, Roberto Mancini, Cesare Prandelli, Manuel Pellegrini like those...

Lopez recently moaned about not being able to play in Champions League matches and copa del rey finals etc., but on the other hand said that he will fight for the number 1 jersey and for Casillas' spot.

I hope I never see that day.

There is no experienced goalkeeper who is likely to join Barcelona, besides Reina. And he will be older until the ban is lifted, somehow impossible. Diego Lopez would not play for Barcelona even if it was for free, same for Casillas, they're both Madrid products since they were young.

Casillas was 18 when he was made first goalkeeper at Real Madrid, and turned into a legend. Depends on how Goalkeepers with little experience handle the pressure, they can be either failures or turn world class.

A 32 year old Lopez alongside a 38 year old Pinto hardly provides Barca with a long-term solution to its goalkeeping woes does it? Besides, I think he's made it clear he doesn't really want to leave anyway:

http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2892/transfer-zone/2014/04/12/4747749/diego-lopez-ill-only-leave-real-madrid-if-they-kick-me-out-on-my-

Indeed, though I still labour on the blind hope that he'll have a late resurgence just so he can end such an unfortunate career on a high note. We've kind-of seen the same kind of thing with Rosicky this season and he's way older than Diaby too.

Well, Reina isn't very old. You know goalkeepers catch their best form when they're between 32-38. Like Brad Friedel, he's 41 years old! Oh, I remembered one more name, Hugo Lloris? He's one of the best goalkeepers.

back again!

Yeah Lloris is good. The point is right now Barcelona can't buy any player which means they can't get a new goalkeeper until 2015. They are good if they keep Valdes in my opinion.

Just asking, can they sign up for a contract a player who is free or found by scouts (signing for free)? Like "Global Transfer Network" in FIFA 14 :)

No, they also can't loan or sell any player.
