Ronaldo and Bale on the wings; Benzema striker; James attacking midfield; Modric/Alonso behind James alongside Kroos. However I wouldn't be suprised if either James or Kroos are sacrificed for a more defensive setup, ie. Modric and Alonso in deeper holding roles.

Either way Madrid are going to tear teams apart next season. Let's hope their defense steps its game up - if it does, I can't see any team containing them.

In the comming years some players will retire.Thus I think he's preparing those new recruits for future.But,I will be dissapointed if RM doesn't win the LigaBBVA this season.

Madrid was never really interested in buying\growing players for the future. They spendmillions and millions every year for a better lineup. James was bought for now and just now, if they decide not to sell him in a lot of years that's another thing. I personally think Alonso is going to be sold soon.

No one wants to sell to Italian clubs anymore. They try to buy for the least possible and sell for the most possible. They tend to always want a year-long loan before buying a player, which can be quite annoying. I.e Michu with Napoli this year.

They never consider buying a player to keep for years. Just Cristiano only. They sell the youths instead of growing them.

Callejon, Morata, Albiol(kinda) as living examples.
