Car modding and features?

Alright, A few days ago I purchaged a blista compact, (lol) and I did savespawn it.
but after I did that, a few hours later I got the money to mod it. But It wouldn't mod, neither at a cardealer where I purchaged it,
Can anyone explain me how to mod it properly and how to savespawn it properly?

Well, you have spawned it, so you can proceed to the next step.

You have to go to a modding garage to buy the mods for the car. I think you can mod the car at the modding garage next to Temple Pay n' Spray. After you have finished buying what you wanted on the car, you then will type in the command "/savecar". And now, you will have to pay certain prices to save parts of your car that you modded. But bear in mind that it may not be quite cheap if you are on a budget.
