Car bug? or account bug?

A few days ago (2-4 don't remember) I purchaged a Nebula for 25000, added the color, saved it (/savecar) and brought it to my house and save spawned it (/savecar).
Logged in today: car was gone at my house, /heydude, it was in los santos... Walked all the way to Los santos, found my car, platenumber changed to ''Argonath'' color was resetted, and it didn't spawn where It should have spawned...

Other problem:
Sold the nebula, (today) and wanted to buy a Flash. I did get into the Flash and did /buycar, gettin in chat: Money inbalance with server (and the other sentence with contact admin). I got this message also earlier today when I wanted to withdraw at a ATM. but the server said: money inbalance when buying the car but I got the car.

But before I'm going to relog I need to know a few things:
I added a modification to the Flash (did save it through /savecar) (color is also saved) and did savespawn it afterwards at my house near the weedfield in hunter quarry.

Can I be sure that when I come back to the game my car is still at my house? My car has the same color and the same Modification?
I really need to know this because It cost me alot of money on this way to pay for the cars and modifications

The imbalance message is usually due to hacks. PLEASE, uninstall any hacks/handling mods/cheats/trainers if you have any immediately before anything else.

Hopefully an admin will be able to solve this for you soon.

The last thing I will do is to hack again. I already got banned once for money hacks so I'm definitly not gonna do it again. The only mod I have is a quality mod, so fire and smoke looks better.

The inbalance system doesn't always triggers for hacks, it can trigger randomly also due to some events like purchasing items, cars, houses. NAme it.

Though I think the owners and developers have better answer than me on this subject.

Sometimes (but not often) the saved modifications just do not appear. Relogging a few times usually fixes it. If not, try relogging again after awhile.
You can also ask an admin to respawn it, but from my experience this rarely works.
