PCJ-600 and other vehicles painted Police Blue - an unused colour to be found within game files.

I came up with this one not a long ago. My idea is to supply police forces with another type of vehicle - a motorbike.

Sharp and quick, bike may be used against fastmovers; they're able to maintain safe distance and keep the visual on suspect.
This could prevent the situation, when a police helicopter has to be launched several times a day and it's not really economical.
As Vice City does not offer the exact model of a police bike (like in San Andreas), I have managed to edit the PCJ's colour so it still suits the look.

Discuss ;)

I really like it, I mean, the PCJ isn't used a lot within any jobs or roles at the moment, just for leisure purposes.

The PD dropped the idea due to VC not having a police customised two wheeler, with the lack of sirens, using an example.
Ave, the image you posted is pretty nice - the Cheetah looks pimped.

Even though the police have never had their own bikes, I have used them myself to chase down a few criminals.
The major speed along with the forward driveby can heavily damage any vehicle.

One problem that has to be rectified is the fact that PCJ's cannot be equipped with sirens. If a good idea to fix that is posted, then I'll support it. For now I'm neutral.

Sirens are there to annoy the shizzle's out of people anyways. I'd rather see PD vehicles without sirens :D

this. I'm so used to sirens (being wanted 24/7) that I don't care about them, but a giant /c pull on the chat, yes.
btw: pol maverick/ predator/ hunter dont have sirens either, seems like you need to remove them lol

Because you can't exactly pull over for a Maverick. Land vehicles are a different story, and from a lawful point of view, there should be something alerting you to let the police pass, as long as it's not intrusive like spamming local chat with "PULL OVER A POLICE BIKE IS COMIN THROUGH". Maybe one message, or having their blip flash red and blue if they use a command like /c siren.

Maybe the forward drive-by will help clearing the road a bit
:D

Maybe we take some of SA ideas, such as the police vehicles ( in this case, just the bike ) appear rednblue on radar... Laggy, but effective xD

If aXXo wants, I can post a lil' scratch of this

lol'd

Tho' on-topic, I'd like to see VCPD having PCJs since they can't catch me if am on one without taking one themselves or being a pro in flying chopper, which of course is easily dodgeable by good enough PCJ driver

my problem is that everyone will use PCJs for patrolling then lol. I just want cops to use it against bikes, like they use VCID cheetahs against fast cars (most of times that is)

If we limit it to very few around the map, I don't think it would be much of a problem.
VCPD are covered when it comes to patrol protocols.

Not everyone can control a PCJ to its max, though.
