Installation.
Drag the Cleo folder to your SA directory.
Drag the file from inside models/txd into your original SA models/txd.
Drag the rest of the files(cleo.asi/InterfaceEditor.asi/InterfaceEditor/Vorbisfile.dll/Vorbishooked.dll) Into your SA directory.
