Grand theft auto 5 was officially confirmed on the morning of October 25th. Rumors suggest that it will take place somewhere on the west coast with a focus on Los Angeles. The V in the logo has the same green pattern which is located on U.S Dollar bills. The official trailer will be released tomorrow. You can watch it at the link I have included below, which includes the official logo and a countdown timer to when the trailer will be released!
