You can play on two accounts if you are able to prove that it's two of you at any time.
Maybe asking managers for permission.
If you have two computers admins will notice that two persons play from the one IP at the same time.
If you have 33 brothers, it doesn't mean you can have 33 accounts.
I'm on Tony's side, because I had the similar situation, my brother had to quit, because we have one computer, and administration doesn't believe that we are two persons.
