I miss those days

You wouldn't have these days if I didn't try to improve the RP and always host some meetings/kidnaps, but now you have an idea what to do and you can do everything as I did in the past and probably get promoted. I would get promoted to Consigliere if I stayed for the next 15-20 days like Acika said, but you know, I needed a change, I couldn't return to Luciano and stay for a long time since I already was a part of it for 2-3 months or more.

Anyways, I expect from you (Lexiz) to do the same things as I was doing since I taught you everything, I want to see why did I spend hours and hours having trainings and RP lessons with you! You can always invite me, but from now on, I will not be leading you, you will be leading the Luciano members and me!

To be honest, I wasn't really getting that as a hard work, even though I was spending minimally 2 hours per day on having trainings (In one period of time, later the time was decreased). It was very easy for me to work because you were understanding everything and using my tips in the very soon RP we had with Stracci. That's what gave me a motivation to teach you and Louise (elite) and If I could have stayed in Luciano (If I wasn't bored and stuff), I would not teach you anymore, I would let you teach the new members while I would just supervise you. Just do your best, teach the new members (I will send you a PM - Example of trainings, what you should tell them and stuff) and you can be promoted very fast.
Put some effort, make reports of the training and of course, host the RolePlays, but do NOT lead it, let someone else lead it while you just RP minimally (As much as it is needed), let the new guys be in the front, doing the most important things.
