No offense to Luciano, but it isn't hard to keep a group active if the minimum requirements for it are having a passport and being able to answer the questions asked in the interview..
Instead, those 'high powered groups', got higher requirements, which gives them higher quality players and a good name..

dont be like a skilled and a profesional person , you stardet from 0 one day so luciano family give the first hand to all new players who join and enjoy argo , all loves to rp with lucianos , im not talking for victims  :redface:

Also it's good that Luciano tries to help the new players, but when they do that, they ruin their own name since the 'new' players might rulebreak..
Why they don't stop recruiting people into Luciano so fast, and instead keep them as associate for a few days/weeks and then consider a promotion?
Also not 'all' love to RP with Luciano, to be honest, I don't, since ProRules proved pure DM..

All depends from Your Pointview about DM , Let that job in Admins hands , they can take care. If you dont like something you can PM to acika or something else but you are just talking bad things around their topic.
