Control panel>>> Network and internet settings)>>>> Network and sharing center >>>>Change adapter setting(at upper left corner of the window)>>>Find your network adapter and disable and enable it..

or

Do the same but expect for disabling or enabling, it try to go on its properties then ipv4 setting then in second option, set it to "use the following DNS addressees" 208 67 222 222, then 208 67 220 220, will help you
