It's nothing to do with you. It's not your reputation that's ruined because most members have been banned 100 times, is it? Please stay out of this if it doesn't concern you. If they want to recruit constant rulebreakers, they may, until the next ban.

Sorry if you misunderstood me. James was posting these things, I responded to a report. It's none of his business whom you recruit, and it's entirely your choice how to manage/punish your members. That's the reason his provocative post was removed. My post was directed towards him.
