As for the admin team, if you send a mail it will be read by at least 5 people responsible. No need to discuss, as your own biased opinion has nothing to do with facts.

Acika, you must understand that the admin team is not there to watch any specific player or family. Also I am never going to allow them to let personal feelings towards a player or group take over their duty. Admins have been kicked from the team for that in the past, and if I notice it happens they will be kicked again.
You must try to understand the team is there to protect all players and to minimize the number of players getting frustrated. People come in to enjoy and relax, not to get frustrated and angry. Your actions and roleplay should always be aimed to allow others keep their dignity and make them enjoy the actions, not one-sided towards your own mind. Try to remember that and it will be much easier to have mutual respect with others, regardless who they are.

Having to ban players doesn't solve anything, at least in the case of legitimate players. Hackers is another story, regardless... the objective of the administration team isn't to ban everyone away, its to promote positive and creative roleplay as well as keep the peace within the server for those willing to actually do legitimate role plays and for them to go about their business without trouble from hackers or pestering players who are 'bored' and come here to ruin others.

Well, there was no reason of posting it since I know that e-mail thingy, but never used and never will cause I can't understand the point of sending a e-mail and not discuss it with someone. Luciano is one family that accepts new players and on CB, I really enjoy helping them and correcting their English, which happens often, so admins never /whenmade or something and just go straight to kick/ban/ajail... If you check my punishment history you will see that it's mostly about returning after death, but /report won't work as far as I keep the Tag with me even when I was with T. Yeha, I come after death but I come for a point and not DM, cause report won't work I go and clear it myself... Remember yesterday  with Max_ColomboT ? Happened today too with /s fu! and pew pew Got logs and SS, but the current online admin today didn't do anything of course... So don't tell me about that e-mail if A team is againsr us.

Usually I would ban a player telling such things and force to send an e-mail.

If you look closely at the managers and community leaders you will notice that many have never been part of law enforcement groups, but instead have led a criminal life. You might wish to review your opinion.

As for discussion, if you send a mail what happens is this:
1. A manager checks the logs
2. If needed we discuss with the admin what they saw in order to get their full picture.
3. If we believe it is needed we will answer you, and from that you have the chance to continue the discussion by e-mail. By using the mail address it is sure that not just a single admin or manager, but the whole team follows it.
4. If we do not answer it does not mean nothing happened. From all reports we hold a general detail and direction, and that determines what we do with things as recruitment, promotions and demotions.

I hope you understand that what seems useless for you is anything but useless for us. After all of nobody tells us anything, we can not act.

One of the things that people have to understand is that Luciano is indeed taking in new players. And that will mean that there will always be the chance of some breaking rules.
Please be sure that players do not change from LucianoT to Luciano before they are able to play some time without major punishments.

We need groups to be diverse, and where some will take only experienced players a group like Luciano that gives new people a chance is not just needed but also appreciated in HQ.
Still the admin team has to do their job and punish those who break rules. That other groups provoke those who hold new players is something that happens, but we will try to watch it more closely.

When we were relatively new players long ago we wanted to create a clan war with a rival clan that was provoking. Our leader at that time stopped it and told that if you fight to settle frustration it will never work. If you win, the other will want to revenge. If you lose, you will want to fight again as you get more frustrated.
On the other hand, if you hold a war with friends everyone will enjoy, win or lose. Fight for honour, not for settling scores.
