Maybe you should stop misleading the fella. In his unban request there clearly was said his IP was rangeblocked, if his IP would be unbanned, it would unban multiple other IP's which was too much of a risk as they were hackers/cheaters. Nowhere was said he was the one breaking the rules.

I did not even say it was his fault lol, and I meant that re-installing samp vice versa won't help. So maybe you should't talk.
