Notification For Members and Caporegimes.

Due to ton of recent issues i've seen that many people are complaining about our members and their behavior towards the mafia region and so, I am posting this notification to Allow all of our members to know their duties towards this family and its reputation.

I will be hosting a training program to allow all of our members to know about their position as a roleplayer and a required specified discipline which is a must to be created, as well as their actions which are bounded over this family.

As For Caporegimes, I've Seen that they are promoting and allowing anyone in this family very recklessly and by viewing to this threat...Caporegimes are No longer allowed to invite people as Trials nor they will promote members from Trial to Full. However caporegimes can invite people as associates. And as for inviting fellows into this family they must inform and receive permission from any underboss+ before accepting or promoting applicants and members in this family.

P.S we will soon get our Forums up again, i will notify here once we are done. Everyone is required to register at Luciano's forums as so after.

I have some problems with my GTA SA because I have Windows 8.1 PRO, and Windows 8.1 PRO, doesn't running old games.

I tried a lot of solutions, but there is nothing helps.

May... uhm... may I leave SAMP if I didn't success fix SAMP.

Dont quit, google it or search on youtube or maybe try everything you can
i dont know if Windows 8 works with this tip but i have this

1.Open up start menu

2.right click on computer

3.Click on properties
Then on the top left you see a things listed
 *Device Manager
 *Remote settings
 *System Protection
 *Advanced system settings

4. Click on Advanced System Settings
A box will pop up on your screen and it will have 4 lists
the following are:
*computer name
*hardware
*Advanced
*System Protection
*Remove

5.Click on the list Advanced
You will have 3 diffrent stuff listed and it has a settings button at the end of it
the following are:
*Performance
*User Profiles
*StartUp and Recovery

6. Click on Performance

You will have 3 type of lists
The following are:
Visual effect
Advanced
Data Execution prevention

7. Click on Data Execution Prevention

You will get two things that you choose to enable and the other to disable
(
First one:(As Default)Turn On DEP for essential Windows programs and services
Second one:Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those i select

8. Now enable the second one, and click on add then add gtasa.exe or whatever you named it

if this why did not help then there is a gta san andreas without needing this way

Well, thanks anyway bro, nothing helped, the problem is not from the game, the problem is from SAMP, when I click to join any server crashes happens, and these is the results of the crash:
SA-MP 0.3.7
Exception At Address: 0x0040FB80
Base: 0x03E30000

If you can help, It will be fine.
