You can live a lot better IRL. All you got to do is, try not to look over the topics which you consider rather hostile. It would help you calm your anxiety.
If that cant be helped then i am afraid you have identified your prescious life with this stupid game. To help yourself the best thing you could do is to go on a vocation.. Trust me it helps alot.

I dont see a point of stupid trolls or arguments. If the events in game dosent give you the joy you need then leave it, dont try to control or give excuses for ingame stuffs... Be incharge of your REAL LIFE instead because in the end thats what matters the most.
