Computer audio 'hole' broken.

Sorry for my English. I can't explain very well but my description is enough:

My computer's audio 'hole' where headphone jack enters is broken. The cover got off a long time ago but I still can enter the headphone jack. A month after, something there blocks the headphone jack and doesn't let it enter. Please help me with manual instructions. I really need it because I can't hear very good on: Teamspeak, Youtube....etc

Anything inside the 'hole'? If so use something made of plastic to get it out

No not something inside but the audio jack is broken from inside.

If i've understood right if it's broken it's broken it cannot be fixed. All i believe you can do now is to slide your headphone plug into an alternative hole. (No rude jokes with "That's what she said" please) I assume this is for the front panel audio jacks right?

PS. You've been here before with audio issues what is it with you and audio equipment?
