Hey there, im not sure if im posting this in correct section but im having very weird problem.. I have browsed google and noticed many people are having problems like this not only with this game, but with many games...

When i try to install the game, it says "Setup failed to start. Error -5009. Make sure you have finished all other instalations and try again. If this error continues to be displayed, please contact your vendor :EA GAMES"

I'm using Windows XP

No.

Try this http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/299058.page

We're using original non patched version.

Try patching it. If you're not patching because you've pirated it, then we may not help you as per forum rules.

What is messed up is your perception of IV:MP. Probably because they do not allow guys without balls there.

Some time ago I have bought the BF2 Complete Collection game with various add-ons (Special Forces and 2 booster packs). However, the CD itself was not made really well - the patches were corrupted, there was also a problem with CD-keys (which are nescessary to play online). After many tries to solve it, I decided to hit up EA UK Live Support.
In the end, I was given a free new copy to download from Origin account, which I had to create on my own. That version worked perfectly.

Alternatively you can try it as well. Of course if your Battlefield is legal
