VCMP idea: Trash cans

Yesterday i went on a server that had trash cans all over town and when you walked throe them it displayed a message saying you were seaching for thing in the trash and after 5 secs it displayed the search result, it could be 5 Armor points, 5 HP, chuck-and-belt cartons or you could get stabbed by a sering and loose 20 HP and get AIDS.
It was rly fun.
Could we have that on VCMP server?

so what about having trashcans (icons) spread around the city?
They could give you random stuff, like food, money or drugs
or making you loose health(e.g you got stabed in a sering) or food(e.g. a rat eat a bit of your food).

EXAMPLES
you walk on a trashcan, its a trash can icon that comes with VCMP, it's a trashcan floating(less than 1 feet) involved by a white glow.
pm from admin>>you search through trash: got stabbed on a knife.
you loose 35hp and gain a knife.

I don't know if its possible but to avoid people dancing on top of the trash cans, maybe you couldn't use the same can twice in a row.

To avoid people sitting still on top of a garbage can, it shouldn't be possible to use the same twice in a row.
this would make people have to travel from trashcan to trashcan.
it's better than shrooming like in the MTA server.

The default respawn time of pickups is like 2 minutes, which is quite long

its faster to go around looking for trash cans than to sit waiting to look in the same.

$153 is a bit too much. At most, it should only be around $50. If the amount is large, people would be encourage to spend all day "garbaging".

No its not, considering that is is very very rare, and during garbaging you can get killed with AIDS. I think its very reasonable.
