Petition - Subject: to enforce new laws to ARPD/SAPD

ARPD's motto : To serve and protect yet when there is a pursuit going on, this motto is not followed. I am confident citizens will agree with me about the laws I would like to see made or some laws changed. I hope this petition will go into consideration.

Changes, New laws:

- Pursuit or no pursuit, safety of citizens first - The title explains it all, when in pursuits officers in action should not go around ramming everybody, running over us like were a piece of dirt!

-  No abuse to police right power - You may be thinking what? But when police officers are in need of a car, they turn to the first one passing by. Threatened to be suspected, the citizen has to give in his own car. Even if there was a police car in the distance some cops abuse this power for a more faster and able car.

These are some of the changes I would like this petition for.

If they ram you intentionally, /report them. With that being said, you could move out of the way when you see/hear sirens.

Due to lag, technically, we do not know where the hell you actually are.

AND, we do not randomly steal cars thanks very much, accuse someone else of breaking server rules.

SAPD goes through pursuit training to try to minimize this. Collateral damage in pursuit is somewhat impossible on SAMP though. Would be minimized even more if people got off the road upon hearing emergency sirens.
