There is one section, who is called "programs", look there for "Fraps".
With Fraps, you can make videos or screenshots... and it's a ful version, so sb. bought it  D)

When you've done one screenshot go on this site to do an image http://img227.imageshack.us/ .

Then you'll get links... use the links for "forum1" and copy the imageadresse into your post...
