If I would talk to a friend or someone else who happens to be dutch in Argonath I would just PM him and speak English to him in public. Having some respect and talking in a language everyone supposedly understands in this community, thus knows what's being said, is more important to me than talking to others in my native language. I believe I actually prefer talking English anyways ( typing, that is ).
