I have loaned some money to DonutSeller on the following terms:
The money must be paid back within 30 days of it being sent (30 days starting tomorrow)
There will be a 20% interest rate put on the original amount of being loaned that must be paid.
The original amount is $50,000.00.
If DonutSeller does not pay loan back with interest (total: $60,000) he agrees to pay a fine of $5,000 and the loan and interest, if it happens that he is late 7 days the fine will be increased by $2500 every 7 days, but fine may not total more than actual loan + interest (example: can't be fined $65,000 for failure to pay $60,000).
DonutSeller is already a long standing member of the Argonath community and understands the risks involved, regardless of being new to IVMP part of Argonath. He was told that if he doesn't pay back the money he will be taken to court and this may put him in a risk of actually being in negative money, however as a long standing member of the community his word is able to be accepted in this case and he should be able to make money with his long experience.
DonutSeller must post the current time in CET and date on server and print-screen then reply here, he must accept the terms, the time and date will be acknowledged by me.
Monte Montague will send him $50,000.00 within 10 minutes of seeing the printscreen on this thread.
