There's an option where you can enable all your computer's cores on gameplay and that way it becomes more "smooth".
Could you please explain to me how? I am in need of smoother gameplay.

If you don't already got "multicore=1" in it, you should add it manually.

SA:MP 0.3d brings a great new feature; smooth object rotation. While it could be thought easy to implement, unless you know how it can be extremely frustrating.
MoveObject(objectid, Float:X, Float:Y, Float:Z, Float:Speed, Float:RotX = -1000.0, Float:RotY = -1000.0, Float:RotZ = -1000.0);
RotX, RotY and RotZ were added in 0.3d RC2.
The most important thing you need to know is that the rotation parameters are the FINAL ROTATION; meaning they are the rotation the object will be at when it stops moving. Thus, in order to achieve rotation you MUST move the object. The best way to do this would be like this:
// Rotate the object by 180 degrees on the z axis
MoveObject(eg_obj, 0, 0, 3+0.0001, 0.0001, 0.0, 0.0, 180.0);

It now takes  abit more  requiments wich leads to huge laggs for some and even for lowering they limit to 20 wich looks like tetris so they mad  ;) :D

Actually i had the higher quality and graphics set in options and now when 0.3d came out i even got more FPS and smoother gameplay.

It's f**ked up, cuz when u /exit of some buidling, objects are loading like in ps2. And more crash also.
