In that first picture its clear that Denlow has abused the announce command for racist comments by the reaction of Neal.

After that, the rest of the pictures just explain themselves.

You call everything you and Denlow have been doing since 2009 a joke, then that means the whole server is a joke, whats the point in having any rules if they are not followed?

As an administrator/manager or whatever, you guys will have follow the rules, but it seems, it doesn't happen, and managers even break the rules/let admins break the rules.

We had some misunderstanding situations with Neal back there, what happened for the first time like this, really sorry for chosing the announcing way if somebody got butthurt for not seeing the screen.. so well I got insulted for what he said, but of course I wasn't quiet also...
We went over the top with it, though others didn't care, they were just loling on it and agreeing sometimes.. lol, nothing serious and nothing personal. They didn't get hurt or anything..

The next thing was a random guy saying UK sucks, so Klaus just gave his opinion too I guess,
and then just as I said, I'm not in love with "black" people, you don't know what is it to have them here, I have the experiences, they may not involve in game but it somehow came up.. Neal provoked me but now it's all okay, I'm not blaming him or anything.. It just as I said all came up don't know how..
