Problems and obscure situation regarding no illegal /ads

As recently,I notice some players getting warned/punished for illegal /ad.
Illegal /ad first come to my mind is -obvious illegal such as selling guns/weapons/weeds.
Yes,its obivous.
But when I see someone also being punished recently because of /ad something which others may relate it as illegals.
SO here,I want to give out two examples,so to make myself,yourself clear..is it illegal /ad.
I've asked these questions before,but actually I do not recieve any clear answers yet.

1)/ ad Selling bizz ammunation at Market V580K allowed?
    Selling bizz is legal,but what the bizz related is something related to guns,illegal actions.
   Dealing guns is illegal,then dealing gun shop is ilegal,is it?

2) /ad Destruction derby at LS skateboard, /ad last man to stand events at verona beach allowed?
   Car hitting and fighting in public is illegal. Or exception is made to events?

3) Selling herb tea at Idlewood

My question is simple -Yes or No -with reasons.
Would be great if some adiminstration can share their action upon those /ad when they see it on orange line.
As SAMP general,I think I'm allowed to ask something related to SAMP issues here.
Also,after looking twice of this content,there're no content that will get people think of "Moaning,Provoking,tolling" so I'll be glad if forum mod can keep this thread unlocked and allow discussion on issues related to illegal /ads

1) Selling ammunation isn't illegal since it's a legal property itself and because it has the support by the consitution

Act VII: Trading weapons in public space (unless in a weapon shop) is an illegal act.

2) It's a game, when we playing a game we're suppose to have fun and enjoy playing it. Even if it's against the law of Argonath we can still have some fun of it, no one is complaining about it so that isn't any issue. Everyone have fun in those events, it would had been different if you getting rammed randomly on the street while you're just driving around. Destruction derbies isn't even illegal since it's hosted by the government (sometimes), though it should take place at the correct location or in a location that isn't interrupting with the players who wish to not take part of the event.

3) About the advertisment of illegal narcotics, if the administrators understand the advertisment by you, that you want to buy/sell narcotics they'll punish you. If you succed to not get any eyes on you by the adminstration team you'll not get punished, that's what I've read atleast.
Or you just going the simple way, make your advertisment on the street. Walk around, talk with others about your offer, get yourself a name on the street and people will automaticlly contact you if you succeded.

What if it is hosted by players and not get any aprroved yet from government.

In before about illegal ad no one complain about selling weed at /ad,why introduce it?
Hitting cars,fighting are illegal in public places,or do you mean exception made to events?

1) Legal; using /ad to sell a business is allowed as long as the ad is not spammed.

2) Legal; using /ad to promote an event is allowed as long as it is not spammed.

3) Illegal; 'selling herb tea' will be considered a euphemism for drug dealing whether it was intended that way or not.
