Nice and quick idea.
Originaly stolen from Mihail Junkovich idea.

/setplate does whatever it does at its price.
/setcustomplate would rename EVERYTHING. no more "LC-" and no more "-999" but the price could be 2.5 (or maybe even 4) times higher than the /setplate price.
The new price should be expensive enough, so that players would still use the old /setpate, but affordable.

Unless those "LC" and numbers serve a higher purpose, I support this. I dont understand why should this gibberish be in the custom license plate.

with the Lc and  number of plates, there is a meaningful sentence of the Court such as normal reg plates irl by removing that you will get stuff like

/Setplate ''Your mother suck'' For ex and this is a fact not a thought

Hm.. I didn't think about that,  but can't they do that same now, with these regular plates? :s

Anyway, can we then get a different type of custom plates. With numbers, where we can pick numbers we want.

Like let's say LC - Name - 777 hehe, or anything of that type. Maybe just, LC - 222 333, without any name ^^

2 things.. as u said the government cares about using offensive words on plates, then you can write a full list of what kind of abusive word phrases you don't want to have.. and whenever someone trys to /setcustomplate, error: you are not allwoed to use that plate (Which could actualy avoid dublications too)

another.. who would spend such big money to abuse it? they would abuse it anyways.. All I want.. and maybe some proffesional peuple.. is to have a proper freaking clean "Lazlow" on my infernus numbers... and i am willing to pay that shit-loads of money to remove them LC911...

If someone would want to abuse that, im sure its already abused regardless of LC or numbers to the abusive word..
how about.. with LC and numbers, lets allow only 6 character number plates.. with /setcustomplates we would allow 11 character plate.. and dublications should be not allowed in any ways.. but abusive.. be realistic tand.. who is willing to spend such money for abusive language? if someone will spot it.. report it to admins, and let it be changed.. as one of new rules.. no offensive number plates.. which would help for /setplate too...
