This would be a nice addition during Christmas time.

Admins could manually set the lottery prize. Winner would be still random.
Nowadays you have to keep the jackpot untouched for like 1 week, and then draw it unsuccessfully couple times to get a decent reward.

Reminds me of those times when I would have to payday myself enough money to buy a metric crapton of lottery tickets because the panel was down, buy and drop tickets hundreds of times, and then hold lotteries for $1,000,000 after I developed carpal tunnel. :lol:
