Seems like im unlucky, But, Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

Opening the SA:MP And Clicking Connect, it loads abit then it just dissaper and nothing happens, Im currently at my moms house now, thats why it dosent work:P for some hours ago i was at dads, However,

I tested to Reinstall the whole GTA And SAMP, Still dont work
Trying to Downgrade it but reciving a Error "Couldnt find Gta_sa.exe" something like that

i just wanna Note that i have been reinstalling my Windows 7 so it may be drivers or something? No idea, hope u guys can help me out:P
