Cheapest cars and smth more

I saw on server that some players want to buy ruined cars, like sabre and vigero.. so why wouldn't you make that available? I drove the vigero and sabre to the place that could be the very best location for "cardealer" who sells them. xD It's that used auto parts place.. near by main Gas Station ( You have pictures in attachments ). I think theirs price should be max 5k! And one more, thing that could also be bought, BoatTug xD The price should be enormous.. like 200,250k or something.. you would do that counting about price. But the main thing is that it could be bought somewhere on the map, possible on that very location in Bohan :]


And, some ideas I posted on arpd forum. Maybe you should also see it ^^



First, suggestion is that you rename /radiocodes to /crimecodes, because there you have only displayed codes for crimes and not for communication and other things like threat level etc.


And the idea.. hmm, maybe it will sound weird but, here goes..

I saw that, when someone carkill someone, it doesn't get orange color, so the police patrols are "forced" to maintain communication between them to know where's suspect location. What if that would be for every suspect and not only for that buggy case?

- One, the good side, is that we would probably have more communication between police units and more teamwork. And, it's definitely more realistic, because in real life you don't have a radar that will instantly show where is suspect.

- The bad sad, well, I was thinking about it.. don't know, maybe some new players would have problems with determining who is suspect and who is suspect. Maybe there would be more misusing police power.. don't know really

Alternation for all of this, could be.. that, when the suspect is near police becomes orange. That way we would know we his position and that his /rhl is not decreasing.. and they would know when they are outside of "wanted area" ( Like in Single Player ). Also, after something like this, new players wouldn't just ask, "how to make someone orange", they would need to have a little bit more info about it.. so the abusing would be decreased, at least I think it would :o

Of course, all of this would be great if it's possible to make with scripting xD

Why "ruined cars"? I think their prices are enough cheap (around $20K as far as I know).

About the blip coloring of suspects. It was like that before and surely it was harder to trace and catch them. Although that, if such system is going to be added in future it is logical to hide cops' blue aswell just like the suspects' orange.

Yeah, I know that regular version of sabre is 20k, I think and Vigero is 25k, but some players want this one, the specific version of it.. ruined one. So you could give them that, and the price for it can be ( In spirit of roleplay ) extremely low due to its condition. :]

 For the heat system. Yes, I know about Driggz topic, but it ain't same as my, at least it doesn't have same approach to it. Of course, it would be great if you could somehow combine these two ideas.  As, for the cops being yellow and turning to blue if chasing suspect or alerting on "caution" "warning" and things like that.. didn't think about it, but that.. that would be pretty awesome ^^

So.. you say, that there is some possibility that you will make a system like that? I'm glad about it.

Did you mean like that if cops are near suspect, then suspect blip turns orange and if the suspect is not near any cops then the blip would have civilian color ? If so, then I think its great idea. Why should cops see suspect location when he is on other side of the map, hiding. I support this idea.

Well, it isn't only up to me. It is matter of scripting too.

The wreck versions of the Sabre and Vigero are modifications (tunning). They are not separate cars/models therefore the price is the same.

The scrap versions of the cars mentioned weren't added to the server, because they create issues and bugs.
And hAWK, they are seperated versions. :razz:

We already have imported all the models found stable for this client version.
Otherwise everything your idea needs, is your imagination and RP.

Of course, cops should continue to inform each other about suspect location and rp that.. like some of them do. But if you would make that system.. all cops on server would be "forced" to communicate between them self to get the information about suspects. And, I think, that's a pretty good thing.. because, on some way, it would encourage players to rp ( at least for cops )

Not just that, it would make things a little more realistic for criminals. Criminals have no way to hide atm, they constantly have to evade. Why cant criminals just lay low in their hideout ? How can cops know they are there ?

I got misleaded myself that it is tune because I drived a wrecked Sabre once (IG).
