Started by 2 friends, the family grew bigger and spread out to the islands of San Andreas. The Public Horrors mafia group has appeared in major cities, including Los Santos and Las Venturas

The group is divided into 3 family factions, namely: Aquino, Roulette, and Smith. (The previous faction names were: Viva Filipinas, Magdalo, and Magdiwang). A faction is controlled by 1 Boss, and contains Under Boss, 2 Caporegime, Soldiers and shares the group of Associates.

Our business is mostly by drug trafficking, kidnapping, robbery, and is practicing prostitution.

The Rise of the New Family Factions
After the war, the Consigliere and the Capo Crimini decided to now rule the factions. They have renamed it, and is now back to normal.

Currently headed by former Consigliere, Gloc9 Aquino.

Goal: Befriend other gangs/mafia and especially help other faction in the family.

Respect is the most important thing in this faction. As they go to the saying Respect Us and My Family and we will respect you.
This faction is more like propagandist type. This concentrates on diplomacy towards contacts on Asia.

- Rank Functions -


Highest Rank of the group. Have the right to take control of other faction as long as the current Faction Boss is offline. Manages the overall actions of the group.


Makes commands when the current Boss of their faction is offline. Has the minimum right to take over other factions when current Boss and Under Boss are offline. Keeps the security when there is a group meeting. Manages drug operation, prostitution business and robbery of each faction.


They can control 2 to 3 soldiers to follow their command.  Their jobs are to keep the faction in order. Keeps the security when there is a faction meeting. And to protect all Soldiers of their faction.


They are the ones who does the day-to-day work of threatening, beating, and intimidating others.


Also known as Associates. They are the new comers of the group. They are only given the right to have a PH tag before their names. Once they have proven themselves worthy to be a member of a faction, they will be promoted to Soldiers and is given the right to choose what faction to join. They are given the equal security as to the Soldato.
