Why would you define this as this noob era? Just because its not real life roleplay does not make you automatically a noob, in argonath no one tries, in my opinjon a noob is someone eho is bad at what they want to do.

In my opinion, a noob is a newbie, and ofc, a newbie is usually less experienced in anything they do, but noone can say they can't come out to be better than even veterans once given proper experience and guidance. Noone is born perfect.

Just get in game for about an hour, you will see that it has nothing to do with real life roleplay. Those real life roleplayers mostly retired from Argonath.

There are still people who're willling to roleplay and just open your mind widely, try different approach of RP like getting out of criminal lives and joining SAPD. Probably that would change your thinking about SAPD.
