Okay then...the other issue is solved. Now I come onto a new problem. I join, and at the login screen, the money loads, there is some lag, and there seems to be something wrong with day and night

it looks to be changing from day to night or shit, but I can't play on Argonath. other servers are fine

do this;

either reinstall SA:MP, or SA:MP and GTA_SA
connect to the server, do not touch the keyboard or mouse when you connect.
restart your computer.

Can't you read? It's nothing to do with SAMP or GTA. My friend and I both had the problem. SAMP worked fine on other servers, just not on Argonath. Anyway, we tried an hour later and all was fine again.
