The most vile piece of food I've ever tasted. Black Pudding is a type of blood sausage, It's made of:

  • Rice
  • Herbs
  • Pig's blood
  • Sweet potatoes
  • spiced and colored with browning

Some consider it as a delicacy, and some hate it!
