Drug spots at Los Santos takes more time to grow and refresh compared to other spots.
e.g.: A weed field at Los Santos take 30 minutes to refresh while one at Bayside takes 20.

I had no idea about that, is it the same with heroin? For weed I always thought the time depends on how often the weed spot is used

they are already scripted in the server with a green $ icon and they will conflict.
