Mind if you add airports aswell, that might sound stupid, but it's good for people who can't recognize "Los Santos International" in /area.

Well, in area it's "Los Santos International" and on map it's "Los Santos Airport". What's problem? You want it to be "Los Santos International" on map aswell?

Can someone please help me in this. I have SAMI and i downloaded this map. but when i try to put the mod, error comes 'this mod is not compatible with SAMI'

Simple; don't use SAMI, use IMG Tool, much easier.
