I would suggest adding hotel locations. Well, the locations of hotels that won't be changing for a while, e.g. Gvardia hotel, Idlewood hotel

Then open it and press file - open and then find you GTA3, after that you press actions - import (remove if exists) and then you locate your mapfiles and select them. Then just press actions - rebuild and it's done.
