Some things that require change

First, the carlock system - Very good job, I must say, really, it cant be abused and now with remotelock, perfect - BUT
there is one technical change I would like to suggest, the lock position (locked or unlocked) should be saveable or atleast start locked,
Its hard to relock each connect, especially with huge amounts of crashes, and spawns not near the vehicles, and having multiple vehicles -
So i suggest to make the lock/unlocked to be saved or atleast start locked.

Second, I dont know if that is possible, but if you can make the phone menu come up when the player presses the Up arrow key as in SinglePlayer and
come down when the player presses the Down arrow key, it will be awesome. (Besides basic key detection, I dont see the problem)
and also If its possible, when your phone rings, that the phone will automaticly come up and that you will be able to pickup by pressing the green button (or Up key).

Third, Ad /phone block number
pretty much saids it all.

I like 2nd. But I dont like 1st because if it will be like you saying you cant RP auto theft :/ I know its boring to relock cars but why to lock them. cuz if you want your cars back you can call police or just relog.

/call 911 or just wait until he gets bored of it. Best is that you lock your cars, at least the one you want to keep to yourself..

Saving your carlock option has been discussed long time ago and managers decided to not add this function (Reasons are stated in the topic that Martin linked).

About the phone, not sure if you can register a key through IV:MP scripts, yet.

I`d also like to add few phone related ideas;

1) When someone is doing /ad, phone number can be placed on the place where now ID stands so it can be (Phone:1000)

2) /phone sell - in order to get some more likely number to your taste.

I Like The First Idea Cuz its Really Hard To lock your Cars every time you crash or logged in But as i can see There is no Way to make it Start locked or saveable So i have another idea
1-Make another car lock wich will cost you some money or what ever The Important thing that's lock have Some effects like make the one wich wanna stole your car Freez for like 10 sec or smth and Lose like 10 Hp or smth like that (Btw i know you wont like it any way ) that was the first one

Something similar was implemented in the server before, but was removed, cause those messages were found extremely annoying by many people, including myself.

I like the 2nd and 3rd idea.
There was an idea made about a phonebook. And I gave the idea to script a GUI of a phonebook.
But if the GTA:IV phone system is possible to be integrated in IVMP, then it would be nice to use the phone system through
the actual IV's phone, like a phonebook, etc.

Blocking someones number is simple, and it would be useful.
