SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]

Went to play IV:MP, Clicked the shortcut. nothing happened....

Tried to launch the games singleplayer through Steam and the Social Club login popped up, I logged in and then this error pops up....

Easy to fix?

Try Installing xliveless patch. Also you might want to check out this topic

Make sure you have installed GTA IV update 1.0.7.0, aswell as IV:MP Client 0.1 T3.

I got SP3. But thing is, I installed this

Still won't work. Whenever I try to launch IV, it tells me '' GTA IV has crashed. '' And then it just shuts down.. It won't even pop up or something. Just crashes..


Using a cracked version of GTA IV by the way.
