Which mod to put for making rpg server ?????????

hey guys i am thinking of making a server and thinking to make it  a rpg server so can anyone help me out with the problem of which mode to use for making a rpg and where to put the files to make my server a good one like argonath i want to make it for my brother he wants to play samp to so can anyone suggest me?
