Cleo 4 Problem HELP!!!!!

Ok, So i am Having a Problem when i install Cleo 4 Or 3.
 
ok, so  When i run the Game It Crashes Imidiatly and to stop it from Crashing I have to Delete the CLeo.ASI I have try replacing It but StillCrashes Any one Have Sugestions To what Can i do to Solve the Problem ?

Or can anyone Give me a Cleo.asi For me to Try, to play with It, I just dont Know What to Do i have tryed Every thing

Try installing sanny builder 3, run it as an administrator. After that,re-install CLEO4. run CLEO 4 as an administrator!.

Sanny Builder does not affect CLEO installation at all, it is meant to create/edit CLEO scripts.

To the topic starter: Is the problem with San Andreas or Vice City?
What Windows do you use? Is your game modded(mods installed or not)?

i play in San Andreas, I got only some cars modded nothing mutch, i use windows 7.

If you only have to mod some cars, no need to install CLEO, do it manually.
Remember that CLEO comes standard with some scripts that need to be removed as they can et you a ban for pressing a button.

Since your game crashes with both CLEO 3 and 4, I suppose the problem is in your game. Are you trying Singleplayer or Multiplayer with CLEO? Without CLEO, do both(SP and MP) work also fine?

I Tried Both but without Cleo They Work With Cleo Thy dont Work....
