That's an old command a very old one at that, it has long since been removed. Instead of referring to the list on the portal which is dated, please refer to the Argonath RPG wiki http://wiki.argonathrpg.eu and for the commands specifically http://wiki.argonathrpg.eu/index.php/SA-MP_Script_Commands

As was stated above, if the command was being added, it would do alot of mess inside the server. So instead of adding it, roleplay it.  :hurray:
